Cancellations

A credit card is required to be placed on the client guest file for any appointments scheduled for 2 or more hours in length.

Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment

Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time are subject to a $50 cancelation fee. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file, or it will be added onto the total charge of the client’s next salon appointment’s total.

Cancellation within 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment and “no show” appointments

Services canceled within 24 or less of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% charge of the original service booked. No show appointments (failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation) will result in a 50% charge of the original service booked.

These charges will be applied to the credit card on file, or be added to the total of the clients next appointment.

If 3 appointments are consecutively canceled, rescheduled or no show, Zahra Salon & Spa will have the right to decline any pre-booked appointments from said guest.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 7 day guarantee on the satisfaction of your service. If the client is not happy with the results of their service, or it did not reach the expectation of the consultation, they are welcome back for a complimentary service adjustment with the original service provider.

Clients must notify Zahra Salon & Spa within 7 days after the original appointment that an adjustment is required.

If the total of a service adjustment is above the original consulted pricing, the service adjustment is subject to additional charges.


Late Arrivals

We acknowledge that circumstances may affect the arrival time of our clients and do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, if the late arrival affects the following client’s appointment, the late arrival’s appointment time may be cut short and no discount will be provided.


Cellphones

Zahra Salon & Spa is a peaceful, tranquil environment; therefore, cellphones must be turned off or on silent throughout the clients visitation to avoid disrupting the relaxing atmosphere provided for guests.

Clients are welcome to take phone calls in areas where services are not being performed.


Children

We kindly request that clients do not bring babies or small children to their scheduled appointments to preserve the peaceful, tranquil environment. The salon is not child proof, objects such as sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals, etc., are hazardous to children.

We are dedicated to providing each guest with the highest quality of service; therefore, only children with appointments will be permitted in the salon.
